Our bags are made to be durable and long-lasting. To extend the life of your SPARE bag, we recommend spot cleaning with soap and water as needed. Additionally, avoid storing wet or damp laundry in your cube or basket for extended periods.

Shipping

We ship to both the United States and Canada with USPS. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date it’s received. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit with the courier. However, we will assist you in every way we can if your package is lost.

Packaging

We are committed to protecting the Earth. We use minimal, fully recyclable packaging materials. Our bags are wrapped in Kraft paper, shipped in corrugated boxes sealed with Kraft tape, and labeled with zero-waste shipping labels.

If you don’t plan to reuse the box, simply leave the tape and label intact, break it down, and recycle.

Each item is thoroughly inspected for quality before being packed and shipped. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
